Return & Exchange

We accept returns & exchanges of items with quality issues within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at service@pawsmind.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping charges.

Refund

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
